Landers Superstore recently opened near Balintawak exit of NLEX, EDSA Northbound, near Wilcon Depot. They're a membership supermarket, similar to SnR, and right now they have an opening membership promo of around 650~ php.
Compared to SnR, their produce section is a lot smaller, but they have a wider range of frozen meats (smaller seafood selection), and more choices of non-bulk items.
A week ago, I went there for the first time to grocery shop with my mom, at the same time, to check out what #FitFinds (aka healthy/macro-friendly/gainz-friendly selections) they had. Amazingly, I did find a lot of healthy things, and they even had their own organics aisle.
Below are just some of the things I found interesting/actually bought:
• Alexia Southern Sweet Potato Blend
Frozen veggies are easy to store, don't spoil easily, and are easy to prepare (just thaw and stir-fry or steam). And, this blend is already seasoned so it bypasses that step.
• Bulla Greek Yogurt Ice Cream (Raspberry & Fig)
At 69kcal per serve, these are great for curbing a sweet tooth.
We picked up this Raspberry & Fig flavour, but I'm keen on trying the Honey flavour for next time. Pricey at 300+ but since it comes bigger than a pint at 1L, it's a lot cheaper than Double Rainbow Soy Cream (below).
• Meta Fiber Wafer
Pretty pricey, but a good fiber supplement for those who would rather consume it in solid, rather than liquid form. Wanted to pick some up for myself but I really can't justify the price. 😳
• Krusteaz Gluten Free Pancake Mix
A good breakfast alternative for pancake lovers who may have certain gluten intolerances or simply want to adhere to a gluten-free lifestyle.
I haven't tried these myself since I'm still trying to finish a bunch of pancake mixes I have at home.
• Double Rainbow Soy Cream
However, it is rather pricey at 300+ php for a single pint.
• Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Flax Seed Bread

Landers has a respectable line of sprouted grain/Ezekiel bread (slices, hamburger & hotdog buns, and bagels) available. I chose this one as it contained the least amount of calories at 50kcal (I'm a carb-hoarder but I love bread so I have to make some cuts sometimes).
Taste wise, it's not a good standalone but with the right peanut butter or sandwich components, it's a good base. I keep it frozen in the freezer to last longer and the texture comes out better after toasted (more moist).
• Vegalene Coconut Oil Spray

Switching to oil sprays versus pouring oil in the pan helps lessen the amount of oil you use, lessening the unnecessary calories added to your food. Coconut oil happens to be one of the healthier oil/fat choices, compared to regular vegetable oil.
• Bonus: Mercers Wine Ice Cream
Alcohol isn't really a fit food but I picked a pint of Sparkling Strawberry up for the next #WineTitasNight with my girl friends! Macros aren't that bad and the taste profile is so unique that I actually want to have a separate post to review it.
It has actual actual alcohol in it though so it's only a treat for 18+ (or 21+ in the US).

Those are just a few #FitFinds I discovered from my first trip at Landers Superstore.
This is a first of my #FitFinds series, and honestly, I love scouting different supermarkets and groceries for unique healthy/macro-friendly/yummy food!
