HELLO

Here's proof that there are fitness options in Manila, that, just because you live in the Philippines, it's still possible to stay fit!

I constantly hear this excuse: that it's hard to stay fit in the Philippines because of the unhealthy food choices, expensive healthy food, and lack of gyms/fitness activities. But the truth is, despite the fact that yes, the industry isn't as sophisticated and up-to-date as it is in other countries, we're constantly adapting to meet those standards eventually.

Although the growth isn't rapid, I hope this blog helps spread the word (and reduce the need for excuses), and motivate others (especially girls) to lift or even simply make advances to try to be fit.
